Donna Montgomery, Ph.D.Faculty Donna teaches Culture, Values and Ethics at Presidio School of Management, a course designed to prepare graduates to successfully implement organizational change efforts toward sustainability. She has over 25 years serving leaders in Fortune 500 companies such as PG&E, AMD, Charles Schwab, Genentech, Ernst & Young, Granite Construction, and Kaiser Permanente to achieve personal and corporate transformation. She has been deeply involved in the assessment and coaching of executives as well as in major change initiatives across diverse industries in a various of stages of growth, and she has designed and implemented results-driven leadership development programs that include 360 assessment, succession planning and both formal and informal mentoring. Donna has taught all levels of graduate work at the California School of Professional Psychology and the University of San Francisco. She earned her doctorate in Organizational Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology, and has a Master's degree in Social Work as well as a former career in that area. photo by Patty Nason | |
