Ellen is the Director of Faculty and Staff Development at Presidio. She is the founder and CEO of Fine Line Consulting, which offers individual coaching for high-achieving leaders in corporate, educational, healthcare and nonprofit sectors. Ellen has taught at Harvard, Boston University and the University of Michigan and has consulted for companies such as Amgen, Goodyear, Marriott, Pfizer and Charles Schwab & Co. An expert in women's leadership, Ellen's coaching style focuses on helping students create behavioral changes that will impact their decisions, as well as develop strong organizational relationships, and improve business performance. Ellen earned both a doctorate and masters degrees in human development and psychology from Harvard University, as well as an MA in theology from Catholic University of America and a BA in mathematics from Fordham University. In 1994 she designed the Harvard component of the International Women’s Forum Fellows Program (a premier leadership program for women in senior positions of corporate, public and non-profit organizations), which she co-led at Harvard’s JFK School of Government for ten years. She is a member of the International Women’s Forum.
